NESA Shop will exchange items purchased if the goods you have received are damaged. Orders with missing items are eligible to have missing items replaced. Goods received that are significantly different to the description on the NESA Shop may be exchanged or refunded. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for a change of mind.
Please contact NESA team at email@example.com to obtain an authorisation to return or lodge a request for an exchange or refund as soon as possible or within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. Please include your Tax invoice or Order number with your request.
